Which Uncoiler Do I Need?
First consideration is roll weight – overloading the tool may cause damage, which is not covered by warranty.
Second consideration is roll dimensions, most important the minimum and maximum roll inner diameter of the rolls you will be installing.
Finally, the overall roll diameter must be at least 8″ less than the channel arm span of the uncoiler so as allow clearance for the tube guide.
Some coils within the weight limit of the Commander No. 1 will require the Battalion No. 61 to accommodate the roll inner diameter.
Use the comparison chart below to choose the right uncoiler for your needs.
